After a career spanning financial services, media, technology, and retail enterprises, I established Alerce to bridge the critical gap between strategic vision and operational execution.

My work as a Research Associate at Stanford University keeps us at the forefront of how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizational structures, decision-making, and work processes. This academic foundation complements my hands-on experience leading $250M portfolios at Salesforce, executing complex digital transformations, and providing interim C-suite leadership during critical business transitions.
The name "Alerce" comes from the Patagonian cypress, one of the world's longest-living trees known for its resilience and adaptability—qualities we help instill in our client organizations.We help companies establish strong roots and adapt to changing conditions.
